I'm not ready to commit, but sometimes I think I prefer food carts and food trucks to regular restaurants altogether. Especially since all kinds of creative cooks and business people are getting behind the wheel/cart these days. And, of course, there's the novelty and adventure of it: I thought I was just walking down the street from campus to the library, and suddenly I was at The Happy Pig, dining on the sidewalk. How can you not be happy when a pulled pork sandwich turns up unexpectedly?
Let me read that chalk for you (it's pure poetry): "PORK BELLY SANDWICH: maple-glazed gunthorp belly, sunny side up farm egg, sticky bun, $5." And late at night, they serve banana bread french toast!
