weather bulletin

It's something approaching zero degrees outside, so in case anyone asks, tell them I'll be on campus, holding office hours, going to class, all day long, like I'm supposed to, but also tell them I'd rather be here, in this bed, with thick socks on, a thick book, and a heavy mug of hot cider.

A poem for your cold, snowy day: SNOWFALL IN G MINOR by Marianne Boruch

  1. i can't believe you don't sleep in a twin bed. isn't that the best blanket ever?

  2. I love your photos!
I can't even imagine what zero degrees feels like. I think one time when I was in Austria it was around 0 degrees, but my mind must have totally blocked out that horrible memory. Bundle up and hang in there!
